Meet Pepper aka The Duchess

Pepper is our beloved 12-year-old Bull Arab. We welcomed her into our family when she was just 18 months old, and ever since, she’s been living her best life here in Brisbane. With a heart full of love and a gentle nature, Pepper has been a constant source of joy and companionship from the very first day she joined us.

Pepper's Favorite Adventures

Pepper absolutely loves exploring the great outdoors. From leisurely strolls along the scenic Brisbane River 9 sniff, sniff sniff) to energetic playdates at the local dog park. Lately, though, one of her favorite ways to unwind is lounging on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine, and watching boats drift by.

About us

Our journey began with a simple challenge: finding truly pet-friendly accommodations—specifically ones that welcome dogs.

While options do exist, many come with hidden conditions that only surface after you've gone through the hassle of booking. Like us, more and more dog lovers want to bring their furry companions along, especially on short getaways. With this in mind, we created SDS (Shake Dog Shake) Globetrotting—a platform dedicated to helping dog owners discover the best accommodations, along with providing health and wellness resources and products. Our mission starts with Australian and European dog lovers, with plans to expand to North America soon.
